Early efficiency analysis of outcome driven solutions in lung transplantation

PROJECT DESCRIPTON

The objectives are:

  1. Develop a health economics framework model to evaluate the technologies being developed by the consortium

  2. Develop health economics modelling to define early access conditions for those technologies

  3. Develop potential business plans for the developed and potential technologies

  4. Evaluate and quantify the need for such technologies

  5. Elaborate a training plan for the Consortium in terms of Health Economics

The objective of this training is related to the production of the teams in other work packages. It requires full understanding of their approach and interaction with them on their development roadmaps. This is to elaborate a valid pathway for them in their potential access to the market.

Additionally, there is a need to develop a framework for training in Health Economics aspects all the potential working groups so that they are knowledgeable of the limits of their technologies in terms of market acceptability.

Finally, there is the need within the working group to develop a framework that defines the Implementation Strategies in general, hence advancing in Implementation Science. This means that we need to define the needs and aspirations of potential stakeholders in the wider transplantation field.
