We received over 330 applications from researchers across 60+ countries . After a competitive evaluation, 35 candidates were invited to final interviews in Leuven. Our kick-off meeting brought partners and supervisors together to align, collaborate, and meet the final candidates, the talent and passion we saw were truly inspiring! The 15 selected Doctoral Candidates are now starting the hiring process and will officially join LifeLUNG in early 2026 to begin their exciting
