LifeLUNG Behind the scenes

Last week, our LifeLUNG doctoral candidates traded their pipettes and flow hoods for cameras and microphones š¬
We spent a full day filming a movie about the LifeLUNG project, but this was about so much more than just a video.
What they learned:
š„ How to communicate complex science to a non-academic audience
š„ The art of simplifying without losing the science
š„ How to work as a real team ā giving constructive feedback, listening, and adapting
⨠What we felt:
It was a truly pleasant day. The connection among the team was genuine. There was laughter, support, and a shared sense of purpose.
This experience reminded us that science is not just about data and publications. It is also about storytelling, teamwork, and reaching the people we ultimately want to help: patients and society.
Stay tuned for the final movie! š½ļø
