Strengthening Translational Research in Personalized Medicine:  An Implementation Science Approach In the LifeLung Project

Biography

Zoë Barois holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Maastricht University and a Master’s in Global Health Research from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She has experience in applied research, systems thinking, and science–policy translation through work in Istanbul and at Wageningen University & Research. In 2026, she will begin her PhD at the University of Basel within LifeLUNG. Her project focuses on implementation science to support the clinical translation of gene therapy in lung transplantation.
