Training

SUMMARY

The LifeLUNG training program is based on three main pillars: (i) The individual training of each DC at their host institution, (ii) secondments and (iii) network-wide training activities. Both scientific and complementary training will be integral parts of the program. The training will be highly interactive, utilizing various tools such as workshops, conferences, social events, as well as online tools for file sharing, problem-solving, and face-to-face and online review meetings.

DOCTORAL PROJECTS IN LifeLUNG

The LifeLUNG network will address these challenges through game changing innovations in ex vivo perfusion gene therapy, while 15 doctoral candidates will be trained as the next generation of innovators and research leaders in both academia and industry.
