As an ICREA Professor and Group Leader of Single Cell Genomics at the Centro Nacional de Análisis Genómico, Dr. Heyn stands at the forefront of single-cell and spatial research. He bridges computational, technical, and biological expertise to pioneer best practices, driving both innovative technology development and impactful translational/clinical research.

 

Dr. Heyn's prolific contributions include 129 publications and his recognition as a Highly Cited Researcher (Clarivate 2022, Stanford 2024) underscores his influence in the field. He plays a pivotal role in the Human Cell Atlas Project, leading the B-cell lineage atlas and co-chairing the Standards and Technology Working Group, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing global scientific standards.

 

Crucially for Omniscope, Dr. Heyn brings this extensive expertise as Scientific Co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer. He is instrumental in leveraging high-resolution profiling technologies to develop advanced diagnostics and therapeutics, aligning perfectly with Omniscope's mission as a Systems Immunology company to provide solutions for detecting diseases in interceptive medicine and developing cutting-edge cell therapies.
