Unravelling mechanisms in immunomodulated organs in lung transplantation with multiomics

Biography

Farima Taraj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Genetics and a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Royan Biotechnology Research Institute in Isfahan, Iran. During her master’s studies, she worked on stem cells and extracellular vesicles, with a focus on mitochondrial transfer and transplantation. This work sparked her interest in immunomodulation and translational research, particularly in the context of lung transplantation.
